Regent can take care of your accounting function so that you can focus on managing your business. We can handle everything from issuing invoices, making payments of invoices issued to you and the subsequent recording on the general ledger. We also handle reconciliations of payments and receipts from your bank account.
It is our goal to help you fully understand your business from a financial perspective. We will provide you with timely information so that you can assess the position of your company and its performance. On request, we can provide you with cash flow statements and budgetary information so that you can make effective plans.
We generally use the Quickbooks accounting package for our clients. Quickbooks is the most popular accounting software out there and is considered the best for small to medium-sized businesses. If preferred we can use any other off-the-shelf accounting system such as Freshbooks or Xero.
If your company needs help with its payroll function, then we would be happy to assist there also.
Graham MacDonald, our Managing Director has the CPA qualification from CPA Bermuda and the ACA qualification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales.
